Abstract: 
                On September 13, 2013, Justice Charles Quin issued a decision for the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands, quashing the decisions of the Cayman Islands Tax Information Authority (CITIA) to provide information to the Australian Tax Office (ATO) pursuant to four requests made pursuant to the Tax Information Exchange Agreement (TIEA) between Australia and the Cayman Islands.[1]
