Abstract: 
On July 30, 2013, the U.S. Department of Justice announced that Liechtensteinische Landesbank AG, a bank based in Vaduz, Liechtenstein (LLB-Vaduz), has agreed to enter into a non-prosecution agreement (NPA), in which it agreed to pay more than $23.8 million to the United States.[1]
