Abstract: 
            On November 16, 2012, the Appeals Chamber of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia reversed by majority the convictions of Ante Gotovina and Mladen Markac for crimes against humanity, violations of the laws or customs of war, and entered verdicts of acquittal.[1]
