The Swiss Supreme Court in Lausanne dismissed an administrative appeal by Pechiney Corp., the US-subsidiary of Pechiney S.A. in France, against the order of the Swiss federal policy authority to grant judicial assistance to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
