Customs Service Enforces Anti-fraud Laws and Sues for $163 Million

U.S. Customs Commissioner William von Raab recently released data indicating that nearly 17 percent of all goods imported into the United States are improperly marked as to their country of origin.  The data point to the need for strict enforcement of the statutory anti-fraud provisions.
