Abstract:
On December 30, 2015, Mexican authorities deported Tonya Couch, 48, to the United States, and detained Ethan Couch, 18, her son known for using an “affluenza” defense in a fatal drunken-driving case. On December 28, 2015, Mexican law enforcement authorities arrested them after the U.S. Marshals Service provided information as to their location.
