U.S. Report On June 2, 1998, the U.S. in a supplemental report on the role of neutrals in the Holocaust urged five neutral countries to continue their accountability and make financial contributions to a fund for Nazi Holocaust victims, not as a legal obligation, but as a moral gesture.
