Abstract: 
   In May 2013, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia signed a Memorandum of Understanding, establishing the International Foreign Bribery Taskforce that will meet annually to discuss trends and challenges related to foreign bribery crimes and share methodologies and best practices.[1]
