Abstract:
This book contains a series of articles on international criminal law. After an introductory summary of the book, Part I, The Nature of International Criminal Law, contains three articles: Georg Schwarzenberger’s 1950 article, The Problem of an International Criminal Law; Professor Edward M. Wise’s 1987 article, Terrorism and the Problems of an International Criminal Law; and Professor M. Cherif Bassiouni’s 1974 article, An Appraisal of the Growth and Developing Trends of International Criminal Law.
