U.S. Bans Imports on Drift Net Fish

On September 18, the Bush Administration issused regulations that ban imports of fish caught with huge "drift nets," some of which cover as much as thirty miles of ocean, inadvertently catching and killing dolphins, whales, birds and other marine life.
