Abstract:
On October 6, 1992, the United Nations Security Council voted unanimously to establish a war crimes commission to gather evidence of possible atrocities and violations of international criminal law in the former Yugoslavian federation. The decision to create such a commission makes the establishment of an international criminal tribunal very likely.
