According to a recent CFTC press release, the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) recently signed enforcement Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) between the CFTC and two Canadian futures regulatory authorities, the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) and the Commission des valeurs mobilieres du Québec (CVMQ). CFTC Chairman Wendy. L.
