Dominican Drug Trafficker Loses Specialty Argument

On May 29, 2007, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit upheld the decision denying Jose Cuevas, who was extradited from the Dominican Republic and was sentenced to 390 months of imprisonment, on his argument on specialty.
