Court Grants Bail in Mexican Extradition Case Due To Grant of Amparo in Mexico

On December 21, 2006, United States Magistrate Judge Andrew J. Wistrich granted bail to Mexican national José Luis Muñoz Santos, who is accused of conspiracy and aggravated homicide in the State of Nyarit Mexico.
