Abstract:
On May 20, 1993, in a decision by the respected Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, Judge Patrick E. Higginbotham, the Court reversed a decision of the U.S. district court, ordering pretrial restraint of substitute assets that were in Liechtenstein and untainted by alleged criminal offenses.
