Abstract:
On July 20, 1993, the five-judge Cyprus Supreme Court, in a decision chaired by Supreme Court Judge Dhimitris Dhimitriadhis, rejected an appeal by Charles Altieri of an order granting his extradition to France where he is wanted for the murder of Judge Pierre Michel in 1981. On June 25, 1993, a lower court decision found his extraditable.
