Abstract:
A growing controversy is raging over the German Government’s efforts to stop Neo-Nazi sites established in the U.S. and directed at Germans despite arguments that such sites are constitutionally sanctioned under the 1st Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, guaranteeing free speech.
