A growing controversy is raging over the German Government’s efforts to stop Neo-Nazi sites established in the U.S. and directed at Germans despite arguments that such sites are constitutionally sanctioned under the 1st Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, guaranteeing free speech. German law criminalizes the denial of the Holocaust or the dissemination of Nazi propaganda.
