EU Justice and Home Affairs Meets in Luxembourg

On October 4, 1999, the European Justice and Home Affairs Council held its 2203rd meeting in Luxembourg. 1. Final Report of the High-Level Group on Asylum and Migration The Council noted the final report and Action Plans prepared by the High Level Working Group on Asylum and Migration to address migration problems caused by flows of asylum seekers and economic migrants from important source countries and regions, including Afghanistan and the neighboring region, Iraq, Morocco, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Albania and the neighboring region.
