Abstract: 
The House of Lords has upheld an appeal by the U.S. Government of an extradition for computer crimes involving an interpretation of the extradition treaty and its application to technological crimes. The U.S. Government asked for the extradition of Allison for conspiracy: “(1) to secure unauthorized access to the American Express computer system with intent to commit theft; (2) to secure unauthorized access to the American Express computer system with intent to commit forgery and (3) to cause an unauthorized modification of the contents of the American Express computer system”.
