Abstract: 
On September 23, 2008, prosecutors have brought an amended indictment against former Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic, containing a more narrow scope of alleged criminal acts and reducing the areas where they were committed. The Court will ask Karadzic to enter a new plea to the amended indictment, which will delay the start of his trial.
