Dubai and several countries are investigating the use of forged travel documents, false identities, and other legal violations in the killing of Hamas commander Mahmoud al-Mabhouh on January 19, 2010, in Dubai. On March 1, 2010, Dubai announced that it would look for Israelis, regardless of what travel documents they hold.
