Abstract:
On February 12, 1996, in an accommodation that may reduce growing tensions within the former Yugoslavia that threaten the fragile peace, the Bosnian Government delivered to the War Crimes Tribunal two senior Serbian military officers it had arrested on January 30, 1995, and all sides reached an agreement limiting future arrests.
