 On July 31, 2012, the United States government concluded settlement agreements with PokerStars and Full Tilt Poker (“Full Tilt”), two of three online poker companies sued by the U.S. in a money laundering and forfeiture complaint originally filed in April 2012.  U.S. District Judge Leonard B. Sand of the Southern District of New York approved the settlement.
