Abstract: 
On October 14, 2014, a federal grand jury in the District of Columbia returned a superseding indictment charging Ahmed Abu Khatallah, aka Ahmed Mukatallah, with various additional charges arising from his alleged participation in the September 11 and 12, 2012, terrorist attacks in Benghazi, Libya, which resulted in the deaths of Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens and U.S. government personnel Sean Smith, Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty.
