U.S. Appellate Court Rejects Application of Speciality to Sentencing

On April 10, 2000, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit affirmed a sentencing, rejecting arguments that the sentencing violated specialty provisions of the U.S.-Canadian extradtion treaty.
