Abstract:
On May 27, 2000, more than one year after he skipped bond, Moises Silveira Fornaris, 43, was lured from his home with the help of a Dominican policewoman, arrested, and returned to South Florida, where he was a fugitive.
Through an ex-girlfriend, U.S. Marshals tracked Fornaris to the Dominican Republic where he had fled and was living under an assumed name in a modest rental home.
