Abstract: 
In the aftermath of Milosevic’s resignation from office, Carla Del Ponte, the chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY), is preparing a new indictment and will seek a meeting and cooperation from the new Yugoslav Government. Del Ponte, who was in the Balkans during Milosevic’s resignation, has asked for a meeting with Vojislav Kostunica, the new Yugoslav President. She plans to deliver to him the details about frozen Swiss bank accounts belonging to Milosevic associates.
