Abstract:
On May 30, 2012, the U.K. Supreme Court decided by a 5 to 2 majority to uphold Sweden’s extradition request for WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange for questioning in a sexual misconduct case, making his eventual surrender more imminent than ever.[1]
