Abstract:
On October 23, the Turkish authorities in the Bosporus seized 2,000 crates of weapons and four tons of chemicals on board theĀ Cape Maleas, a Greek Cypriot ship. The ship was traveling from the Bulgarian port of Burgas. The Bulgarian officials initially explained that the ship had taken on its cargo in Italy and only added some more in Burgas.
