Abstract:
On August 9, 1988, in an address at the American Bar Association's Annual Convention in Torontom Trinidad and Tobago Prime Minister A.N.R. Robinson repeated his call for the establishment of an international commission on inquiry to gather evidence when foreign leaders are charged with violating another country's laws.
