Trinidad and Tobago Court Rules Trinidadian National Must Be Extradited to St. Vincent and the Grenadines

On January 21, 2015, the Trinidad and Tobago Central Authority, under the direction of the Attorney General Anand Ramlogan SC, successfully obtained the committal (e.g., agreement to extradite) of Trinidadian national Desmond Pavy to St. Vincent and the Grenadines after he escaped from prison in St. Vincent where he was serving his sentence for his conviction of possession and attempt to export 215 kilograms of marijuana.
