Treasury Issues Final Rules under Bank Secrecy Act

The U.S. Department of Treasury has promulgated as a final rule the amendments to implementing regulations under the Bank Secrecy Act.  The final rule is a remake of the proposed regulations published in 51 Fed. Reg. 30233, August 25, 1986.
