Third Circuit Upholds Sentence Under British-US Transfer of Prisoner Treaty

The Third Circuit Court of Appeals has affirmed the U.S. District Court’s order denying a petition for a writ of habeas corpus in Herrmann v. Meese.  Herrmann was convicted in England of possessing with the intent to pass counterfeit (United States) currency.
