Swiss Parliament Approve Law Revoking Requirement to Notify Accountholders When Banks Send Data to Foreign Tax Authorities

On March 6, 2014, the Swiss Parliament approved a legal amendment that accountholders alleged to have committed tax crimes will not always have to be told if Switzerland sends information about them to other countries.[1]
