Abstract: 
On May 31, 2007, the Serbian government arrested Zdravko Tolimir during a search of the Bosnia-Serbia border. Tolomir was a high level intelligence and security officer under General Ratko Mladic, the Chief of Staff of the Bosnian Serb military forces during the 1992-1995 Bosnian war. Tolmir was implicated in the killing of around 8,000 Bosnian Muslims in Srebrenica on July 11, 1995, and as a result was considered the number three war crimes suspect and fugitive in the Balkans.
