Abstract:

On March 19, 1998, the Romanian Government signed the European Agreement on Illicit Traffic by Sea. This Council of Europe Convention helps implement, within Europe, the provisions of Article 17 of the United Nations Convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (the 1988 Vienna Convention).
