Report Warns of the New Threat of Int’l Organized Crime to U.S. National Security

In August 1993, the National Strategy Information Center had a press conference and released a report, entitled International Organized Crime: Emerging Threat to U.S. Security. The report states that organized crime has become a major threat to U.S. interests abroad and to the quality of life at home.
