Abstract:
On February 2, 2001, Philippine immigration officials deported Alfred Sirven, 74, formerly the second highest official of the French company Elf Aquitaine, to France where he is wanted in a multimillion-dollar corruption case involving Roland Dumas, a former French foreign minister.
