Abstract:

At its 18th meeting held on April 28, 2017, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) adopted its Opinion on the draft Council of Europe Convention on Offences Relating to Cultural Property. The debate as well as recommendation and resolution were based on a Report prepared by the Committee on Culture, Science, Education and Media.
