On March 20, 2103, the Henie Onstad Art Center (HOK) near Oslo agreed to return the painting “Woman in Blue in Front of a Fireplace,” circa 1937 by Henry Matisse, once looted by Hermann Goering, to the family of Jewish art dealer Paul Rosenberg.[1]
