Abstract:
On July 18, 2012, the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) entered into a non-prosecution agreement (NPA) with the NORDAM Group Inc., a provider of aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Under the agreement NORDAM agreed to pay a $2 million penalty to settle violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).[1]
