Abstract: 
In a case that is likely to further cement increased cooperation in law enforcement between the U.S. and Mexico, a court in Guadalajara, after four years of proceedings, convicted Rafael Caro Quintero and Enresto Fonseca Carrillo, along with 23 persons, of various offenses, including the murder in February, 1985 of Drug Enforcement Administration agent, Enrique Camarena Salzar, and Adolfo Zavala Avelar, a Mexican pilot that worked for Camarena.
