Lockheed Agrees to $13 Million Fine in Sale of Satellite Technology to China

On June 13, 2000, the Lockheed Martin Corporation agreed to pay $13 million in fines to the U.S. Government and to remedial measures to strenghten its computer and other monitoring of export control compliance, including allowing access to the U.S. Government to its internal due diligence.
