Abstract: 
At its meeting on December 11, 2014, the European Parliament Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs (LIBE) held an exchange of views with Mr. Angelino Alfano, Minister for the Interior and Mr. Andrea Orlando, Minister for Justice as Presidents-in-office of the JHA Council who presented the conclusions of the Italian Presidency in the area of Justice and Home Affairs. Earlier this month, on December 3, 2014, LIBE held an exchange of views with a delegation from the Italian Parliamentary Committee of Inquiry into Mafia-related and other criminal organizations on the work undertaken by them as well as on their conclusions and recommendations.
