Abstract:
From April 21 to 25, 1987, the Inter-American Drug Abuse Control Commission (CICAD) held its first regular session at the headquarters of the General Secretariat. The session showed that, despite the newness of the CICAD and its scarce resources, it is making substantial progress towards concrete goals.
