Abstract:
On July 14, 2008, International Criminal Court Prosecutor Luis Moreno-Ocampo presented evidence showing that Sudanese President Omar Hassan Ahmad al-Bashir committed the crimes of genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes in Darfur and requested the issuance of an arrest warrant.
