Abstract:
During October 2014, German tax enforcement against Swiss banks and bankers has increased. Significantly, Swiss authorities have cooperated with the German tax authorities in their investigation into Sarasin bank and the Polish government has detained a banker from the Swiss private bank Vontobel in connection with tax investigations of German football manager Uli Hoeness.
