Abstract:

What began as a drunken-driving case in Las Vegas has led to the arrest of a fugitive who had been on the run for over five years[2]. Ulrich Felix Anton Engler, a German national, is wanted in connection with a pyramid scheme that has cost over 3,500 investors from Germany, Switzerland, and Austria close to $101 million[3].
