Genocide Fugitive’s Spouse Moves to Overturn Asset Freeze

"On July 29, 2008, Josephine Mukazitoni, the spouse of alleged genocide fugitive Felicien Kabuga, asked Kenya?s High Court to overturn an order freezing the couple?s local assets..
