Abstract: 
On January 8, 2016, the Finnish government announced its intention, despite Russia’s public protest, to extradite to the United States Maxim Senakh, a Russian national charged with computer fraud and abuse.  The Finnish government has advised U.S. authorities they have 30 days to retrieve Senakh from its custody.
